Tracado is an IMC agency based in Melbourne, Sydney and Milan established in 2018 by siblings Elia and Einan Lom. We are passionate about what we do, delivering great results that help small and medium businesses experience tangible growth, and are innovative in integrating technology, e-commerce, PR, and advertising.
Unlike some other agencies, we don’t bullsh*t. We’re extremely down to earth, hands-on and don’t do hierarchies (we’ve all been there, done that and it’s not our vibe!). All millennials, our morning WIP’s usually consist of a good yarn, a few belly laughs and too many pop culture references.
We are incredibly invested in our team and want to make sure that everyone is always happy with what they’re working on and feel good about what they’re doing day-to-day. We love celebrating our wins and will often pop a bottle or send each other cocktails when we kick those goals.

We are super social and hope you are too- you’ll often find us dragging our friends in for shoots and pic ops- so work perks are shared beyond the company! From winery visits, outdoor cinema experiences, product launches, galas, pizza making and too many wine tastings, there are no two days the same.

Our clients include a number of premium 5-star wineries and restaurants across the Yarra Valley, Distilleries in Mornington, the Yarra Valley Smaller Wineries Association, Barefoot Cinema, Sunset Cinema, restaurants, coffee shops, pizza bars, luxury skincare, women’s health amongst others.
Being based in Sydney and Melbourne, our candidate can be based in either state. If based in Melbourne, you’ll be invited into our pet-friendly Collingwood office, where a hybrid work arrangement will be made. If in Sydney, you’ll be on the Northern Beaches again in a hybrid work environment.
