In 2023, Tracado was appointed to assist Chef Julian Hills raise brand awareness of his Two-Hatted fine dining restaurant, Navi, as well as his newly built Navi Lounge. This included not only a public relations strategy to raise awareness among those not familiar with the brand, but also a mix of integrated marketing activities to improve communications with his existing databases.

As part of the scope of work, Tracado:

Developed a 12-month public relations plan that incorporated media relations, influencer outreach, collaborations, partnerships, and ambassadorship programs. On the marketing front, Tracado managed Navi's monthly eDM updates, social media accounts, and website updates. 

Tracado was able to secure a vast amount of media coverage and influencer engagement, as well as partnerships with Robert Gordon and Renault - with other opportunities in the pipeline for 2024. We also expanded Navi's databases through Local Area Marketing, social media, and media coverage.
