In June 2024, Tracado was appointed to assist Freshwater Brewing Co. with a PR campaign to raise awareness and create excitement about its upcoming Freshie Palooza music and creative arts festival.

As part of the scope of work, Tracado:
Developed a press release about Freshie Palooza, tailoring the pitches to hook relevant media targets over lifestyle, art, music, events, family and local publications
Distribute the press release to the existing list of over 250+ lifestyle, drinks, food, family and events media, as well as 50 + arts and music media
Pitched and coordinated a collaboration with Pilu for the festival, as well as arranged and attended a photoshoot to capture the partnership
Pitched and helped coordinate a segment to Sunrise in partnership with the Northern Beaches Council, and attended the shoot.
Developed LAM eDM about the event and shared it with local businesses (existing list)
Updated the influencer list to include local creatives, musicians, foodies and prominent community members and pitched to 20 x key targets
Developed and distributed an eDM to send out to Into The Vines database about Freshie Palooza
Frequently monitored social, digital and print media for Freshie Palooza coverage
