DesiNental opened the doors to its futuristic Indian-fusion restaurant in 2022, however, it wasn't receiving the traction owner Gary anticipated. Gary enlisted Tracado to help build brand awareness about the restaurant with Melbourne foodies and build a reputation as one of the best Indian restaurants in the state.

Tracado developed a PR strategy to help build a profile about the restaurant, and created a detailed media release about the owner, the interiors and the unique food offering; an extensive media list of relevant Victorian journalists across food and beverage, lifestyle and business; pitched to key food reviewers to dine at the restaurant; coordinated business listings on tourism websites; developed tailored pitches to journalists that wrote listicles about the best Indian restaurants, burgers and fried chicken in Melbourne, and coordinated interviews.

It resulted in several reviews across Concrete Playground, Urban List, TimeOut and Secret Melbourne, as well as a significant increase in visitation to the restaurant.​
