In 2022, Tracado was appointed to assist Sunset Cinema with a PR campaign to promote its new multi-event festival, Winter Warmer, in Wollongong. Our goal was to drive local and Sydney traffic to the region during the cooler months.

As part of the scope of work, Tracado developed a media release for the Sydney and Wollongong markets; developed a list of 300+ food, drink and lifestyle, parenting, travel and film journalists to send the media alert to; conducted two rounds of follow-ups to remind people of the event; developed a list of local businesses, schools and organisations to offer free raffle tickets to the festival, which drives awareness and attendance; fulfilled media requests and created ATDW listings for the event.

The event was featured in WIN NEWS Illawarra, Concrete Playground, WAVE FM, i98, Illawarra Mercury, The Daily Telegraph and more.
